Personal Attacks in America!
Now You Can Learn the Secrets to Protect Yourself against Assault - Rape - Robbery
Crime is all around us!
How Safe do you feel?
We are being attacked in alarming numbers in large cities as well as small towns and rural communities
were violent crime was unheard of only a few years ago. You cannot turn on your television or radio without
hearing of another person being assaulted, kidnapped, raped or killed!
RAPES...There are approximately 95,000 reported rapes each year.
The highest percentage of rape is in the Northeast. July is when the greatest number of rapes occurs.
ROBBERIES...There are over 400,000 robberies each year. The highest
percentage of these (38%) are in the South. 42% of the robberies occurs on the streets.
ASSAULT...There are over 850,000 incidents of aggravated assault
each year. Firearms were used for 19.3% of the assaults, knives or cutting instruments 18.6%, other weapons (clubs,
blunt objects, etc.) 35.6% and personal weapons (hands, fists, feet, etc.) accounted for 26.6% of the assaults.
In America, the crime clock continues to click: one murder every 22 minutes, one rape every 5 minutes, one robbery every
49 seconds, and one burglary every 10 seconds. Americans are scared, and they are angry. The increase in violent crimes has made average
citizens afraid to walk the streets in front of their homes. And this fear has fueled a public cry to end the killing fields in America.
In recent months, even apathetic Americans have been shaken from their false sense of security as they have seen criminals
invade nearly every sanctuary where they felt they were safe: their cars James Jordan; their public transit
the Long Island Rail Road murders; and even their bedrooms the abduction of Polly Klaas.
Crime victims often find themselves ignored by law enforcement, and confused by the court system. Approximately thirteen
million people in the United States are victims of crime every year. Approximately one and a half million are victims
of violent crime.
Since 1960, we have seen our crime rate in America increase over 300%. Our police departments continue to arrest the crazies and our courts continue
to release them. Many of these criminals are home grown terrorist. Many are illegal immigrants. From 1989 through 2002 our great nation witnessed a shameful 159,000,000
crimes on our citizens and many are not counted because they go unreported.
America is under attack from our own citizens and non-citizen immigrants. We have allowed them to create a killing field in America. We face a much
greater threat from these criminals than any declared military war on terror from outside our borders.
The crime battle in America now rages within our own national boundaries. It rages in our states, cities, towns,
communities and yes even in our own streets and homes. With crimes to property occurring every two seconds, and a violent crime
every 19 seconds, crime is a war with casualties now being counted in seconds and minutes.
Our governments focus in recent times has been on our efforts to stop terrorism at the global level and the
potential of that evil touching our lives here in America. We are told daily the number of casualties in our war on
terrorism. Our own internal terrorism in our streets is victimizing millions each year with no signs of stopping. Without
diminishing the danger of global terrorism, that danger pales in comparison to the home grown terror in America. We as American citizens
are under attack from both fronts.
No one in America is being left out in this war! We hear everyday about crimes being committed on our citizens in their homes and jobs. Our children
are at the front of this battle. Our children are causalities of our home grown terrorism. We hear about our joggers being kidnapped and assaulted, truck drivers being
robbed, school teachers being attacked and real estate agents being robbed, raped and murdered.
There don't appear to be any real solid statistics on the number of real estate agents who fall victim to murder,
rape, assault, or robbery each year. However they fall victim to sexual assault, fatal and non-fatal shootings, beatings, and stabbings;
robbery, and car jacking and the rate has been increasing since 1997.
Sarah Ann Walker was brutally murdered while presiding over an open house in McKinney, Texas when she was
stabbed 27 times. A house hunting couple found her body on the kitchen floor.
St. Petersburg, FL, March 2006. A neatly dressed young man posing as a relocated Drug Enforcement Administration
agent spent over four hours looking at houses with a real estate agent before asking to return to one of the first homes he had
seen. There he attacked her, took her car keys and purse while threatening to kill her with the gun and the 12-inch hunting knife
he had concealed on his person.
DeKalb County, GA, May 2006. Within 11 days, three female real estate agents in DeKalb County reported being
robbed at gunpoint by a man and woman. A month earlier another DeKalb County agent was abducted and forced to withdraw $1,500 from an ATM machine then
taken to a jewelry store where she used credit cards to purchase a $7,500 Rolex watch for the robber. During the incident he
frequently threatened to shoot her or "dismember" her if she did not cooperate.
Baltimore, MD, July 2004. Maryland State Police warned realtors about a man who allegedly injured one agent
and could be stalking others. In the first incident a female agent was assaulted during an open house by a visitor who looked
around the house then picked up an object and struck the agent on the back of the head. Police had first viewed it as an isolated
incident but other agents reported a man matching the description had attended open houses in the area and in one case tried to
lure the host agent into an isolated part of the house. The agent who was hit was able to fend off her attacker but police believe
it was intended as a sexual assault.
Resent studies show that 80% of the people in this country will be the victim of a serious or violent crime within their lifetime.
A violent crime is committed in the United States every 17 seconds! Every 5 minutes a woman is raped! You do the math!
Our children are taking guns to school at an alarming rate. Our society is out of control. Our laws and institutions designed
to protect us have failed. We are, as a society, at the mercy of criminals, creeps, and
crazies!
We can no longer rely on society for our protection of the basic law of survival. Our only chance is to help
ourselves. We must help provide for our own safety. Some people in our society are self reliant and have the skills,
experience, and self confidence to protect themselves and their loved ones. But they're in the minority. Most of us have little
or no control of our own security. Our society is out of control and we are its victims, totally vulnerable and having no control
over our own fate whatsoever. Our police departments do their best to protect us, but they cannot always be with us. This is when
the crazies attach us. We must be able to defend ourselves until help arrives! It could take several minutes for the cavalry to
arrive so what happens to us in that span of time depends totally on us. At that moment we are alone and in serious trouble!
So what can we do to protect ourselves? For many years I carried a small tube of pepper spray that I had purchased
and hoped that I never had to use it. One day I discovered the COLD HARD TRUTH that if I really needed the device it may not have functioned properly.
You see there are a lot of cheap knock-off products that are sold on the internet. Some of these products may not be very safe. Most are imported and sold on cheap cookie-cutter
type websites.
Loss of personal control is devastating to all of us and we want to do something to regain our personal security and protect
our family when the situation arises. That is why I created Crime Shield, USA!

about crime, but they also wanted a source of top quality personal protection products that they could depend on. Crime Shield, USA is now a Mega Super Store with over 300 top of the line personal security products.
Believe me when you are confronted by an attacker you do not want to be standing there holding a cheap knock-off product. The
choice you make in selecting your non-lethal self defense products can be a life or death decision.
Space age technology and responsive product development have led to a wide selection of effective personal
security products that weren't readily available even five years ago.
Many of our products, such as defense sprays and stun guns, were initially developed for
law enforcement and the military. We only sell the top of the line products. Most of our stun guns are manufactured by
Stun Master. who has been a leading brand in the stun gun industry for many years making them a true
icon in the world of self-defense products. All Stun Master stun guns have a lifetime warranty. Our defense sprays
are manufactured by Pepper Shot and Mace. Both are leaders in our industry and both are manufactured in the
United States. Throughout our product lines you will discover that we only sell the best of the best. We are not the cheapest in
the industry. There are a lot less costly products out there, but remember it is your life on the line and you must demand
only the best.
Self Defense Products have a long history of helping people defend themselves. There are many accounts of people
being attacked by a rapist or mugger and being able to fight them off because they were carrying either pepper spray or a stun gun.
A woman was on her way home when a big dog began to chase her. She believed it was a pit bull. The dog "was just running
toward me at full speed and I was scared to death and I just screamed for my life. When the dog was about 4 feet away, I just held back
and sprayed everything in this can into the dog's face." She was jogging and luckily always carried a pepper spray with her.
A woman was attacked on her way home after work. "He came out of nowhere," she said. "All of the sudden, I'm attacked
from behind and pushed down." "I'm like, 'Oh my God!,'" she said. "I start spraying my mace everywhere and he just takes off. So,
luckily, thank God, I had that in my hand." "Go and buy mace," she said. "When you have it, and you get out and you know you're going
to be outside alone, physically have it in your hand ready. Because if I hadn't had it ready, it would have been in my bag --what's the
use of having it?"
A man was taking a walk in his neighborhood. A pit bull broke through a fence and charged at him. His first instinct was
to run, but he knew the dog would catch him so he turned to face the dog. At first the dog paused, then lunged at him clamping onto his
arm. The pain and fear made him think he was going to die. He screamed for help and then he noticed a security guard running towards him
holding a stun gun in his hand. He drove the stun gun into the neck of the dog and pressed a button that screeched out an
arch of lightening that pounded the pit bull to the ground... The man was bleeding terribly while the security guard stood above the dog
waiting for him to move. The security guard saved the man's life because he was equipped to handle the situation.

On June 27, 2005 the Supreme Court ruled that we do not have a constitutional
right to police protection even in the presence of a restraining order. By a vote of 7-to-2, the Supreme Court ruled that Jessica Gonzales,
Castle Rock vs. Gonzales, had no right to sue her local police department for failing to protect her and her children from her estranged
husband. In 1999, Gonzales obtained a restraining order against her estranged husband which limited his access to their children. On June
22, 1999, he abducted their three daughters. She repeatedly telephoned the local police station and nothing was done. The next morning
they found the three children murdered and he committed suicide by cop. He shot repeatedly through a police station window and was shot
and killed. Jessica sued and won $30M at the Appeals level but lost at the Supreme Court level.
In her lawsuit, Gonzales claimed the police violated her 14th Amendment right to due process and sued them for $30
million.
Local officials fell back upon a rich history of court decisions that found the police to have no constitutional
obligation to protect individuals from private individuals. In 1856, the U.S. Supreme Court (South v. Maryland) found that law enforcement
officers had no affirmative duty to provide such protection. In 1982 (Bowers v. DeVito), the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, "...
there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen." Later court decisions have
concurred.
The clear message of Gonzales bears repeating because you will not hear it elsewhere. The police have no obligation to
protect individuals who, therefore, should defend themselves. The content of state laws does not matter; by Colorado State law, the
police are required to "use every reasonable means to enforce a protection order." The Supreme Court has ruled and that's that.

What does this ruling mean to us? Simply said it means that if the police are not required to protect us, then we have
to take the responsibility for our own self defense and that of our family. The Supreme Court's ruling is a sad decision, but one that
every victim and/or potential victim of violence must realize: calling the police is not enough. If necessary you must also be ready
to defend yourself. Remember the best form of self defense is "anticipation and avoidance". Do whatever necessary
to walk away. However, if you are caught and you have no other choice, then you have the right to defend yourself with reasonable force
and this includes using items you have with you such as self defense products. However, don't carry or use
anything that the police would regard as an offensive weapon. Please review your local laws. Ultimately, it's your
responsibility to ascertain the legality in your area. Know your rights!
