SAFETY PRODUCT PURCHASES
It is the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession or use of any of the safety products sold. Please consult your local and state laws before ordering safety products if you are in doubt. No safety products will be sold to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age.

STATE RESTRICTIONS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all applicable state restrictions for certain safety products such as self-defense spray and stun guns. We reserve the right to refuse an order for items that are not in compliance for the state of residency for the buyer.

Review laws regarding stun guns. We will not directly sell stun guns to the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Wisconsin, or New York State residents. See details

Review state restrictions regarding self-defense sprays. We will not directly sell defense sprays to Massachusetts, New York or Wisconsin residents. Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state. New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state. See details

Due to restrictions in countries regarding certain self-defense safety products, we do not accept foreign orders.
